Brandy D. Brown PsyD, LP

Dr. Brown’s competencies include individual and group psychotherapy of adults, adolescents and children, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), grief and loss counseling, and chemical dependency counseling. Dr. Brown is LGBTQ informed. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, developmental transitions, marital/parenting issues, faith-based counseling, educative skills acquisition, and stress management.
Nandita Chawla PhD, LP

Dr. Chawla received her doctorate in clinical psychology from California School of Professional Psychology-San Diego. Throughout her trainings and career, she has worked in multiple settings such as residential settings, day treatment settings, hospital settings and outpatient mental health centers. She has worked with a diverse range of clientele such as kids, adolescents and adults. She works with many internalizing and externalizing disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD and behavioral and emotional issues in children and adolescents. She involves the family in helping support children. She utilizes an eclectic approach to support families and clients through their journey of healing such as cognitive based approaches, dialectic skills, mindfulness, play therapy and parent based approaches to help support her clients.
Jessica Sky Smith DSW, LICSW
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Dr. Smith obtained her DSW from St. Thomas and MSW from Aurora University. She is an experienced psychotherapist and works with children, couples, and families in a variety of systems. She has clinical skills and experience in EMDR (certified in basic training), CBT, play therapy, Narrative therapy, trauma focused therapy, chronic illness distress, grief and loss, and sexual abuse/ domestic violence. She has a strengths-based relational approach to the therapeutic relationship.
Kristin Nelson PsyD, LP
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Nelson earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings, including outpatient therapy, partial hospitalization, residential treatment, and a specialty hospital and rehabilitation center. Her expertise covers anxiety, depression, obsessions and compulsions, stress, attention and executive functioning, adoption-related issues, social skills, trauma, grief, and behavioral issues. She utilizes diverse interventions such as CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy, and parent coaching. Overall, Dr. Nelson values connecting with individuals and families, creating a safe space, building relationships, and gaining insights and skills; all while tailoring each person’s treatment to what is needed for hope and healing.
Nelle Moriarty MS, LMFT

Ms. Moriarty has been in private practice for over 30 years. She is interested in how her patients perceive the world, what has brought them to this point in their lives, and then designs a treatment plan with the patient to correct misconceptions and heal emotional wounds. She invites patients to bring others into the sessions to process problems and conflicts and is very experienced with marital/couples therapy and family therapy. Nelle works with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples, systemic family and group therapy sessions. She has a specialty with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorders, and substance use disorders.
Rebecca (Becky) Vigars MA, LMFT

Becky received her LMFT from JFK University in California. Becky has over 25 years of experience working with a variety of ages and issues. She works to understand the issues and challenges that face her clients’ lives, as well as the strengths that they possess. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Becky works with people dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and past and present trauma. She also works with people who desire improvement in self-esteem, those dealing with health and wellness issues, substance use, stress and other emotional challenges of life. Becky is a LGBTQ+ ally informed and specifically works in the transgender community.
Laura Cosio MA, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Laura Cosio received her LMFT from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN. She provides an outside perspective to challenge, encourage, and help the client grow into the most healthy and authentic version of self. She currently works with adults (individual and couples) as well as adolescents (16 and older). Laura has experience in the areas of stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment disorders, premarital, and marital therapy. For those who share a value on faith, she especially loves integrating faith and spirituality into therapy sessions. Laura is certified in the Prepare and Enrich Inventories that focus on premarital and marital relationships. She is trained in EMDR and certified by EMDRIA basic training.
Jonathan Kruse MS, LMFT

Jon holds Masters Degrees in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. He has a diverse background as a hospice chaplain/bereavement coordinator and counselor to troubled youth through local law enforcement, community mental health outreach and private practice. His passion is to challenge and equip people to work towards restoration and healing. Jon’s therapeutic philosophy focuses on recognizing the brokenness, hurt, loss and trauma that affect people deeply. Then, through a trusting relationship, equip people to become life-long healthy thinkers, living out their healing.
Mallory LaBelle MA, LMFT

Ms. LaBelle obtained her LMFT from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She sees children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Ms. LaBelle uses a collaborative and client centered approach that encourages clients to do therapeutic work that feels right to them, while going at their own pace. Mallory views the client as the expert on their life and works in conjunction with her clients to help them meet their therapeutic goals. She is trained in Prepare/Enrich premarital assessment. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, family dynamics, caregiver stress, blended families, couples therapy, premarital therapy, stress management, trauma, parenting issues, adjustment difficulties, emotional processing, and grief and loss.
April Christopherson-Wilson MSW, LICSW

Ms. Christopherson-Wilson is a Trauma-Informed Clinical Social Worker who has extensive experience working with children, couples and families. She is passionate about serving those who have experienced trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and regulation issues. Areas of focus include improving interpersonal relationships, acceptance, identifying with self, coping skills, mindfulness, grounding exercises, increasing attachment security, integrating and identifying somatic and bodily sensations, gaining insight, improving overall functioning, and healing deep psychological wounds. April also provides faith-based counseling, emphasizing unconditional care, compassion, and regard for the client.

She is currently navigating the challenging and rewarding final clinical phase of her Master of Arts program, specializing in couple therapy. Her commitment to positively impacting individuals and couples is evident in her every interaction. Compassionate at her core, Deanne possesses a genuine and empathetic nature that allows her clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. In addition to her certification as a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, Deanne has immersed herself in specialized training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. These therapeutic modalities are renowned for their effectiveness in promoting emotional connection and resilience in relationships. In the ever-evolving landscape of marriage and family therapy, Deanne stands as a beacon of compassion, skill, and dedication.
