Marriage and Family Therapist
Pertinent Master’s Degree, preferably trained in top-notch intervention skills working with family systems and difficult family dynamics. Independently and actively licensed to provide assessment and family therapy (LMFT preferred but willing to consider someone specializing in family work with another applicable licensure). Able to demonstrate their experience with family systems, parental alienation, parent coaching, and culturally competency skills with the LGBTQIA population. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be willing to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Child Therapist
Pertinent Master’s degree and independent, active licensure to provide assessment and treatment for children 5-12 years of age (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC). Able to demonstrate experience providing therapeutic care for children dealing with emotional distress, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Experienced using play therapy techniques and interventions (Certified in Play Therapy and TF-CBT preferred but not required). Must have excellent verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Psychologist
Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology and an active license in the state of MN. Able to provide a comprehensive psychological and developmental assessment of children and adults, including those with neurodevelopmental differences. Ideal candidate will possess superior clinical skills and be able to evaluate psychometric testing results. Must have excellent communication skills and work collaboratively in a team.
